Payment is to be made in cash to the guide, in order to avoid the additional administration fee of € 20,00. Other forms of payment have to be arranged before.

Cancellations in writing are accepted up to 7 days before the tour starts, after that till 24 hours prior to the agreed time a cancellation fee of Eur 100,00 will be charged. After this limit or if the group does not arrive at the meeting point, the tour is regarded as carried out and the full amount has to be paid.
